Job summary

Divino Foods Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated FOH / Service Crew member to join our City Hall dining team on a full-time basis. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, maintaining hygiene and SOP adherence, and assisting during peak periods. A friendly, reliable team player with good numeracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Punctuality and reliability in attendance.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and present menus promptly and courteously
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
• Responsible for consistent food production as per recipes, portion standards and SOPs
• Manages preparation levels, RM quality, wastage, cooking/ holding temperatures, hygiene, sanitation, equipment and production/closing checks.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergen information to assist guests with recommendations
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next service
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety protocols
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the front-of-house area
• Support the team during peak service periods and special events
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely

About the role

We are seeking a FOH / Service Crew member to join the Divino Foods Pte Ltd team on a full-time basis. This is a customer-facing position based in City Hall, Central Region, where you will be at the heart of our front-of-house operations. As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the smooth operation of our dining establishment. Your responsibilities will span across greeting guests, taking orders, preparing food based on SOPs, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests leave with a good experience.
