About the job Service Coordinator (Marine Safety)

• Make sure that all parties involved in the logistics chain, such as purchasing and supply chain teams, customer service, warehouse employees, transport service operators (both internal and external providers), and expediters (including customs clearance specialists), are kept informed about the availability and lead times of products in relation to the order at hand.
• Constant monitoring of orders with the sub-status "Awaiting approval" in the IFS ERP system and quotes (freight, delivery, duties)
• Communicate with customer support to guarantee that orders are handled quickly and delivered to clients.
• Coordinate with warehousing and logistics to guarantee prompt order delivery, picking, packing, and labelling.
• Coordinate with the supply planning team to guarantee order fulfilment and the best possible product availability in the warehouse.
• Support the team as needed and help the management and team leader with any unique projects that are assigned.
