Job summary

TALENTSTAR HR SOLUTION is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the central operational control point for our hygiene care client, driving real-time execution, scheduling optimisation and ticket lifecycle management across service teams.

You will own field dispatch, stock movement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time service delivery, adherence to SOPs, training, and continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

• Operational control: First point of contact for all operational issues
• Scheduling & Planning: Own all scheduling and route optimisation; Proactively plan staff allocation; Continuously replan throughout the day
• Ticket Management: Full ownership of ticket lifecycle; Ensure zero overdue jobs; Maintain service quality and completion integrity
• Field Execution: Ensure vehicles dispatch on time daily; Monitor technician activity and productivity; Intervene on missed or delayed services
• Stock & Logistics: Accountable for all stock movement; Manage vehicle loading, returns, discrepancies
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align operations with sales priorities; Support installs, ad-hocs, and new contracts
• Process Compliance: Enforce operational processes and SOPs; Ensure correct system usage and reporting
• Continuous Improvement: Manage catch-ups and backlog recovery; Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
• Training & Development: Drive refresher training; Ensure operational capability across teams

• Real-time command of field operation

• Own all scheduling and route optimisation
