Job summary

TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage daily service activities aboard vessels and coordinate engineers and technicians for onboard attendance.

You will liaise with customers, vessel owners, engineers, and agents, reviewing requirements to arrange manpower, parts, tools and documentation, while tracking progress and costs.

Qualifications

• GCE O/ A Level with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, or Diploma in Business Administration with minimum 2 years.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Prior experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily service activities.
• Plan and schedule service engineers and technicians for onboard vessel attendance.
• Serve as the key point of contact between customers, vessel owners, engineers, and agents.
• Review technical requirements to arrange manpower, spare parts, tools, and documentation.
• Monitor ongoing service jobs and provide timely progress updates to customers.
• Coordinate service support specifically for marine navigation and communication systems.
• Prepare and maintain service quotations, purchase orders, job orders, and invoices.
• Liaise with overseas service stations and partners to arrange international port support.
• Track service job costs, spare-parts usage, outstanding jobs, and billing status.
• Support junior coordinators, improve coordination processes, and collaborate with technical and sales teams

• Systems Support:Coordinate service support specifically for marine navigation and communication systems.
• Financial Administration:Prepare and maintain service quotations, purchase orders, job orders, and invoices.
• International Coordination:Liaise with overseas service stations and partners to arrange international port support.
• Cost Monitoring:Track service job costs, spare-parts usage, outstanding jobs, and billing status.
• Team Leadership:Support junior coordinators, improve coordination processes, and collaborate with technical and sales teams

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level with minimum4 yearsof relevant working experience, OR a Diploma in Business Administration or a related a related field with minimum2 yearsof relevant working experience.
• Proficient inMS Officeapplications.
• Possess strong written and verbalcommunication skillsto effectively liaise with stakeholders.
• Prior experience withNetSuiteor similar ERP systems is an advantage.
