SPILL TEA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Service Ambassador to create a welcoming experience for Beutea guests. You will support daily outlet operations and assist with drink preparation.

You will explain menu items, promotions and membership offers, be familiar with the Beutea App, and maintain cleanliness. The role requires teamwork, flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Prepare and serve Beutea beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Explain menu items, promotions and membership offers to guests.
• Be familiar with the Beutea App and assist guests with app features, orders, vouchers and membership.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and throughout the outlet.
• Assist with stock checks, replenishment and daily opening or closing duties.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and refer issues to the supervisor when needed.

• Be familiar with the Beutea App and assist guests with enquiries about app features, orders, vouchers and membership.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and throughout the outlet.
• Assist with stock checks, replenishment and daily opening or closing duties.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and refer issues to the supervisor when needed.

Requirements
