Job summary

Harmony New Energy Auto Service (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Service Advisor for BYD/Denza to bridge customers and workshop teams, provide quotations, and ensure a smooth aftersales experience.

You will handle vehicle work scopes, explain invoices, and support customers while maintaining service standards and a positive, people-focused approach. This role requires a Nitec or Technical Diploma in automotive engineering and a Class 3/3A license, with 3–5 years of automotive

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Automotive Engineering or technical diploma required.
• 3–5 years automotive experience preferred.
• Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license is preferred.
• Computer literate and confident with basic software/tools.
• Customer-focused and able to meet people with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers vehicles to determine work scope and provide quotations.
• Manage customer expectations and coordinate with service providers.
• Work with workshop to deliver aftersales services efficiently.
• Check invoices for accuracy and explain items to customers.
• Spot unusual vehicle trends and raise queries to the Technical Team.
• Test drive with customers if needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Service/After Sales Manager.

Service Advisor (BYD/Denza)

Basic Salary Range :

$2500 to $3800 (depending on qualifications and relevant working experience)

Job Description

• Attend to customer’s vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical solution and quotation for consideration and acceptance.

• Manage customer’s expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer’s demand

• Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services

• Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customer

• Able to spot trend of unusual performance of vehicles. Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted

• Test drive with customer if necessary

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by Service Manager or After Sales Manager

Requirement:

• Report to Service Manager/ After Sales Manager in After Sales Department

• Must have passion to meet people and customer service oriented.

• Min Nitec in Automotive Engineering or any Technical Diploma

• Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferably Class 3)

• Able to work with minimum supervision.

• 3-5 yrs automotive experience. Without work experience will be appointed as Technician to gain exposure & training
