You will leverage analytics to inform recommendations, engage senior stakeholders, and lead multiple initiatives, delivering presentations to leadership and project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field such as Business, Analytics, or Interior Design.
• 5–10 years of experience in workplace design or strategy, including senior project involvement.
• Strong expertise in analytics and translating insights into strategy.
• Proven ability to review design proposals and provide strategic input.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with workplace data tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight on workplace designs to align with business goals and future-of-work principles.
• Develop and refine workplace strategies based on evolving business objectives, current trends, and user insights.
