Job summary

Visier, the global leader in Workforce Intelligence, seeks a Senior Advisory Services Consultant to deliver consulting to customers implementing Visier solutions and to align analytics programs with strategic objectives.

You will lead engagements in workforce planning and change management, coach clients on adoption, and present insights to executives. This role demands extensive HR consulting experience, strong storytelling, and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in an HR-related profession.
• 5+ years’ experience in internal and/or external consulting with a focus on strategic consulting for clients, advising on organizational structure and workforce intelligence program strategy.
• Strategic Workforce Planning & Applied People Analytics: Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and the practical application of workforce analytics.
• Business & Talent Strategy Alignment: Connecting business goals to actionable talent strategies using data-driven insights.
• Exceptional Storytelling & Presentation: Ability to translate data into compelling narratives for exec audiences.
• Multi-Level Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging diverse audiences from C-level to HRBPs.
• Project & Prioritization Mastery: Time management and prioritization with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Consulting Services to Customers.
• Consult on customer strategic objectives and desired outcomes, defining plans to achieve success of their analytics program.
• Deliver packaged services to enable analytics readiness and adoption, including rollout planning and adoption support.
• Lead workforce analytics engagements and present insights to executives.
• Develop new value-added service offerings for customers.
• Support customers with adoption and change management, including training and coaching.
• Identify systemic obstacles and propose strategic actions to ensure success of people analytics practices.
• Enable internal teams to unlock benefits of using Visier analytics.
• Stay current in HR trends and Visier solutions to inform customer value.
