Responsibilities

• Operational Data Reporting: collect and consolidate monthly reports across locations and provide insights.
• Workforce Analytics & Reporting: maintain headcount data and support planning and management reporting.
• System Testing & Validation: validate automated processes and system enhancements.
• Production Support & Issue Resolution: assist in analyzing issues and support resolutions.
• Governance & Stakeholder Support: prepare reports and data packs for governance forums.
