Job summary

Gallup is seeking a Senior Consultant in Singapore to lead high-impact research engagements from study design to executive recommendations. You will partner with senior executives to tackle complex workplace challenges using rigorous research, analytics, and evidence-based consulting.

The role emphasizes thought leadership across Asia and on-site work in Singapore. You’ll design mixed-method studies, mentor junior researchers, and use AI-enabled approaches to accelerate insights and client

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in IO psychology or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• At least eight years of experience in workplace research or organizational consulting.
• Experience with advanced quantitative and qualitative methods and longitudinal studies.
• Proven ability to present executive-level insights to senior clients.
• Experience leading large client engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve research quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define business challenges with clients and lead research strategies.
• Design and oversee quantitative and qualitative studies delivering actionable insights.
• Translate analyses into strategic recommendations for executives.
• Lead client meetings, workshops and webinars.
• Mentor junior researchers and ensure quality across projects.
• Contribute to regional thought leadership with original research.
