• Degree in Business, Organisational Development, Real Estate, Design, Hospitality or related field.
• 10-13 years of experience in workplace strategy, user experience design, business partnering, change management or related domains.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into practical, people-centred initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels.
• Analytical mindset with data- and feedback-driven improvement.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of workplace user experience and strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
• Translate business and workforce needs into workplace concepts, programmes, and improvements.
• Contribute to medium- to long-term planning for workplace environments across campuses.
• Build strong partnerships with business units and other operational units to resource priorities.
• Co-develop workplace concepts and experience initiatives with stakeholders.
• Engage operational units to align workplace design, services, and infrastructure.
• Design and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, collaboration, engagement, and wellbeing.
• Drive adoption of refreshed workplaces through communication and engagement strategies.
• Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations, collaborating across Infrastructure.
