Job summary

Dyson in Singapore seeks a senior Principal Engineer to establish Dyson’s wireless power transfer capability. You will lead architecture from electromagnetic coupling to control, EMC, and product integration, while staying hands-on in analysis, simulation and lab work.

You will balance performance, efficiency, safety and manufacturability, guiding multiple product categories and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with strong emphasis on power electronics and electromagnetics.
• Proven industrial experience leading wireless-power hardware architectures.
• Hands-on design, analysis, simulation, and formal verification across products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end wireless power transmitter/receiver architecture.
• Lead electromagnetic and resonant-system design with simulations and measurements.
• Direct TX/RX power electronics decisions and control strategies.
• Ensure safety, EMC, thermal performance and manufacturability at product level.
• Mentor engineers and drive architecture reviews with cross-functional teams.
