Job summary

Dyson in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer- Energy Transmission to own end-to-end wiring solutions across multiple projects. You will provide architecture leadership, supplier ownership and people leadership to deliver safe, cost-effective harnesses.

You'll translate architecture into manufacturable designs, design harness schematics, BOMs, and routing data, coordinating with mechanical, electrical, systems and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master’s or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Power Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in wire harness design and product wiring.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and harness design tools (e.g., MS Visio, NX Electrical).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end wiring solutions across multiple projects with architecture leadership.
• Lead design reviews, ensure compliance to IEC, UL, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to integrate harness designs.
