Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced Wintel Infrastructure lead to oversee 24x7 on-call support for Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware/VCenter environments across multiple sites. You will act as the L3 escalation point, conduct RCA, and implement preventive actions for major incidents.

The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, Citrix ADC, and DR/HA planning, with a strong emphasis on automation via PowerShell and documentation of standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive Windows Server administration experience (2008-2025).
• Strong Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and Group Policy knowledge.
• VMware vCenter/ESXi administration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 on-call support for Wintel infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Act as Level 3 escalation for infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective actions for major incidents.
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Configure and troubleshoot Citrix ADC and Citrix Virtual Apps environments.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for operations.
