Job summary

SCIENTE is seeking a Windows Infrastructure Expert to lead enterprise Windows environments within a financial services setting. The role requires 5–10 years of experience in Windows operations, virtualization, and automation, along with a track record of delivering service improvements and high-availability outcomes.

You will mentor the team, drive standard practices, and act as a key escalation point while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management across critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years of Windows Infrastructure Administration experience.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Windows Failover Clustering.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting and Python automation.
• Experience with Active Directory patching tools and processes.
• Proven incident management and RCA/problem management skills.

We are hiring a Windows Infrastructure Expert with 5-10 years of experience in Windows Operations, virtualization, and automation. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, drive service improvements, manage critical incidents, and support enterprise Windows environments within a financial services organization.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must have 5-10+ years of Windows Infrastructure Administration experience;
• Strong expertise in Windows Server Administration,Hyper-V, Windows Failover Clustering;
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, Python automation;
• Experience with Active Directory Windows patching tools and processes;
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills, including Root cause analysis (RCA), High severity/critical incident handling, Problem management.

Desired Skill-set

• Preferred candidates will bring expertise in VMware technologies, HPE infrastructure, and ITIL-based operations, along with strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Prior experience in large enterprise or financial services environments will be considered a significant advantage.
