Job summary

AIG Singapore is seeking a Senior Claim Executive for WICA Regulatory Claims. You will adjudicate, reserve, and settle claims within approved authority, interpreting policy wording for SME and Commercial portfolios and ensuring compliance with MOM mandates.

You will engage with underwriters, actuaries, and internal teams to drive timely, fair resolutions. You should have a diploma and 1–3 years of WICA claim experience, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in any field; basic insurance certifications may help.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle WICA claims adjudication, reserving, and settlement within authority.
• Interpret WICA policy wording for SME and Commercial portfolios.
• Communicate developments and outcomes to stakeholders under MOM guidelines.
• Maintain high standard of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of claim handling and procedures.
