Job summary

INDIA INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE PTE LTD is seeking a focused professional to handle Letter of Demand processing, motor and WIC claim workflows, and related document handling in Singapore. You will issue receipts, raise credit notes, and manage communications with insureds, agents and law firms.

The role requires a diploma, a proactive attitude, teamwork and strong communication skills to meet tight timelines and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holder in any discipline.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience (without prior experience will also be considered).
• Good working attitude and passion to learn.
• Proactive attitude – constantly looking at ways to improve efficiency and job performance.
• Team-player and meet Job requirements within tight timelines.
• Computer literacy skills is essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledging, registering and uploading of Letter of Demand.
• Processing payments for both Motor & WIC claims.
• Issue Receipts for recovery and Giro returned.
• Raise Credit Notes & Debit Notes.
• Merging of Debit Notes.
• Emailing Debit Notes for excess recovery to Agents, Brokers & Insureds.
• Claims registration / review for both Motor & WIC claims.
• Prepare Non-Reporting Letters to both Insured & Traffic Police.
• Handling Motor Warranty claims for vehicles ending with number (suffix 6 to 9 & 0).
• Computation for WICA medical bills and medical leave wages.
• Sending out correspondence to Insured, claimant, lawyer etc.
• Emailing to medical institutions to follow-up on medical report, clarifications etc.
• Manning of Motor Claims / Survey/ WIC Mailbox.
• Drivers’ screening.
• Generate Merimen reports for the following: Incoming Claims, Adjuster Mandate Request, Pending Adjuster Survey, BOLA and Fraud cases (Every Thursday).
• Other such related duties such as photocopying, scanning and uploading relevant documents.
• Any other duties as assigned by Direct Supervisor or Head of Department (HOD /Competent Authority).
