Job summary

AIG Singapore is seeking an Underwriter for Warranty Service Programs (WSP) to grow and manage a profitable WSP portfolio. You will work with partnerships, agencies and brokers to expand WSP distribution, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and support operational controls in Singapore.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project delivery, and a customer-centric approach across consumer and commercial lines.

Qualifications

Experience in consumer or commercial lines sales/business development/underwriting.
Warranty or affinity/lifestyle products underwriting and/or product development experience is a plus.
Background in setting up and administering new programs, project management and delivery.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, analytical and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Underwrite and administer a growing, profitable portfolio of WSP business within AIG’s guidelines.
Engage, develop and grow WSP business through Partnership, Agency & Broker channels to hit targets and maintain client service levels.
Support the Head of WSP in developing and implementing tight operational controls in WSP Singapore.
Ensure programs are implemented thoroughly in accordance with AIG policies.
Ensure financial bookings are correct and timely and monitor outputs to identify issues and remediation.
