Qualifications

• PhD/Masters/Bachelor degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science or Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in leading edge wet etch technology.
• Strong grasp of DoE, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize unit processes to meet yield and quality targets for advanced NAND products.
• Quantify benefits of process/equipment innovations to enable early experimentation and margin improvements.
• Lead Singapore-based Wet Etch activities with cross-functional teams to drive breakthroughs.
• Integrate processes with manufacturing to improve yield, quality, and manufacturability.
• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
• Collaborate with local and global partners and contribute to IP via patents and papers.
