Qualifications

PhD or equivalent with minimum 3 years in semiconductor dry etch process development.
Proven track record of publications, patents or invention disclosures.

Responsibilities

Rapid deployment of new NAND process technologies.
Drive development efforts prior to device ramp.
Define and implement actions to meet key performance targets within timelines.
Evaluate Dry Etch tool performance and process windows; refine Dry Etch recipes for 3D NAND.
Troubleshoot processes in cross-functional teams to improve yield and quality.
Identify areas for improvement; collaborate with Fabs and TD teams.
Identify and pursue viable new processes with Fabs.
Drive process simplification across cross-functional teams.
Integrate best manufacturing practices early in development for future nodes.
Leverage AI to streamline workflows and enable data-driven decision making.
