Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled process development professional to advance wet etch technology for NAND devices. You will lead cross-functional teams across chemistry, materials, and manufacturing to push yield and quality improvements.

The role requires deep knowledge of chemistry, DoE, and advanced metrology, with collaboration across local and global sites. AI-enabled insights will be integrated to enhance efficiency and process control.

Qualifications

PhD/Masters/Bachelor degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering.
Deep understanding of chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, mass transport, physical phenomena.
Knowledge of films and interface engineering and analysis techniques SIMS/XPS/EDX/SEM-TEM.
Experience with DoE and data analysis for experiments.
Ability to collaborate with local and overseas teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize unit processes to meet yield and quality requirements of advanced NAND products.
Quantify benefits of innovative process and/or equipment solutions for margin improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams on yield/quality improvement initiatives.
Integrate and troubleshoot processes as part of cross-functional teams.
Participate with Advanced Node peers on technology choices for upcoming nodes.
