You will own process roadmaps, drive innovation alongside process integration, and collaborate across etch, CVD, and lithography teams to meet program goals. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with RP/RC analysis, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Formación

• Master’s degree with 2+ years of dry etch experience in semiconductor industry.
• PhD or relevant MS with substantial dry etch R&D experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years dry etch experience in semiconductor industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop dry etch processes to meet device requirements.
• Optimize processes to reduce cost and variability.
• Collaborate with process integration and other teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive solutions with vendors.
• Perform fundamental research to enable next‑generation products.
• Maintain a technology development pilot manufacturing line.
• Support process transfer to production facilities; travel may be required.
