Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer for in-depth wet etch process development to support advanced NAND memory devices.

You will develop, optimize, and troubleshoot unit processes, leading cross-functional efforts with local and global teams to improve yield and margins. The role requires advanced degrees in chemistry/materials science and 2–3 years in semiconductors, with strong data analysis, DoE, and IP generation capabilities.

Formación

• Masters/ PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science or Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering.
• 2–3 years semiconductor industry experience preferable.
• Knowledge of chemistry, kinetics, thermodynamics and mass transport.
• Understanding of films/interface engineering and analysis techniques (SIMS, XPS, EDX, SEM/TEM, FTIR).
• Experience with wet etch processes and memory device integration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize wet etch unit processes to meet yield and quality targets for NAND memory parts.
• Quantify benefits of process/equipment changes to enable early experimentation and margin improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in Singapore to address key wet etch technology issues and future node needs.
• Design and implement experiments, monitor processes, and generate IP relevant to Micron.
• Provide technical guidance to management and drive process improvements and DoE studies.
