You will develop and optimize dry etch processes to meet stringent device specifications while collaborating with process integration and development teams to drive innovative solutions. The role involves maintaining pilot lines, performing root-cause analyses, and supporting production transfer; domestic/international travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant engineering/science field.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in dry etch processing or semiconductor engineering.
• Ability to work independently and meet commitments.
• Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize dry etch processes to meet device specifications.
• Collaborate with process integration and other process development teams to create innovative solutions.
• Perform root-cause and failure mode analyses and drive vendor solutions.
• Maintain a technology development pilot manufacturing line and support transfer to production.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
