Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory management, and timely distribution of goods. The role requires coordinating activities, maintaining stock accuracy, and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize processes, report on performance, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or inventory software.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, transport, and customer service teams.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements.
• Supervise warehouse assistants, storekeepers, and forklift operators.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Prepare warehouse operational reports, inventory reports, and performance metrics.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with transport providers.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
