Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations and activities
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct stock audits
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products
• Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage space
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Train employees on warehouse procedures and equipment handling
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments
• Track warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports
• Reduce operational costs and improve productivity
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
• Handle customer or supplier issues related to warehouse operations
