Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to coordinate daily warehouse activities in Singapore. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while ensuring accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, 1–3 years’ experience, and proficiency in Excel and basic WMS. You will supervise staff, maintain safety standards and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities required for daily operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic warehouse systems expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading and dispatching goods.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and arrange timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Monitor stock movement and update warehouse records, delivery orders and invoices.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal teams on schedules and requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and safe arrangement of goods in the warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse assistants, drivers and workers when required.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues and stock discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, activities and delivery status.
• Support management to improve workflow, productivity and cost efficiency.
