Job summary

RENTAL HYGIENE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage stock accuracy, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, and maintain proper storage and documentation.

The role requires experience in warehouse or logistics, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory systems and Excel. Physical tasks and independent work are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory levels with regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal teams.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and handling of goods.
• Operate warehouse management systems to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare delivery orders, receipts, and inventory reports.
