Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end import, export, storage and distribution for local and international markets. You will coordinate shipments, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities include customs clearance, documentation, route optimization, liaison with suppliers and warehouse operators, and collaboration with sales and operations to align delivery schedules with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations; entry level considered with strong academics.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and trade documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including customs clearance and freight arrangements.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare shipping and delivery documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
• Handle logistics-related documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Assist in procurement planning and replenishment processes.
• Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain regular communication with sales and operations teams to align delivery schedules with customer requirements.
