Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse activities, plan complex storage layouts, and drive efficiency across multiple sites. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, implement quality programmes, and use data analytics to monitor performance and storage utilisation.

The role requires problem solving, planning resources, and embracing technology to streamline end-to-end warehouse processes, from order initiation

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience.
• Knowledge in SAP MM and QM modules preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform Warehousing Tasks: develop storage layouts and material handling plans.
• Perform Business Continuous Improvement Activities: analyse process changes and risks.
• Perform Cargo and/or Material Handling and Delivery Tasks: manage cargo documentation and security requirements.
• Perform Safety and Health Tasks: manage WSH responsibilities and risk assessments.
• Perform Technology Application Tasks: review technology trends and explore automation and data analytics opportunities
