S. F. EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Assistant Manager to support the Warehouse Manager at our Benoi/Penjuru facility. You will oversee inbound/outbound, inventory accuracy and safety, and drive daily operational performance.

The role includes manpower planning, process design, project handovers and continuous improvement, with responsibility for SOPs, cost control and collaboration with customers, transport teams and internal departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
At least five years in warehouse or logistics operations.
At least three years in a warehouse supervisory/leadership or process-improvement role.
Strong planning, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English for operational communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, returns and inventory control.
Plan manpower, equipment and resources according to daily workload.
Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, service quality, and costs.
Coach and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline staff.
Maintain SOPs, work instructions and operational records.
Collaborate with customers, transport teams and internal departments to meet requirements.
Support warehouse projects, including process design and handover.
