Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a warehouse team in Singapore. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities, while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures.

You will drive inventory control, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and monitor performance to implement improvements that boost efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply chain management, with prior supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes and safety procedures.
• Good leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety and compliance with operational procedures
• Manage inventory control and stock accuracy, including regular stock checks and reconciliation
• Coordinate with logistics, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment
• Monitor warehouse performance, identify operational issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
