GIC Private Limited in Singapore seeks an SVP, Operational & Enterprise Risk Management to lead the design and embedding of the ERM framework across the organisation. You will oversee risk taxonomy, appetite, governance, and the first assessments, building reporting to inform the Executive Committee and Board Risk Committee.

You will strengthen enterprise and operational risk management, drive RCSA, incident and loss data practices, and shape controls, outsourcing, and change risk input.

Qualificações

• 8–12 years in enterprise risk management within financial services.
• Experience in an ERM build-out or risk transformation.
• Experience in operational risk management in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of enterprise risk tools.
• Ability to influence across seniority levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and embed the ERM framework across the organisation, including risk taxonomy, appetite and governance.
• Write standards, run the first assessments, build reporting for the EC and Board Risk Committee.
• Develop enterprise-level risk reporting and KRIs, including dashboard design.
• Strengthen core operational risk processes (RCSA, risk events, root cause analysis, remediation).
• Enhance operational resilience and business continuity practices.
• Provide risk input into new products, vendors, outsourcing arrangements and change initiatives.
