Job summary

SEA Singapore is seeking an experienced ERM professional to join the Enterprise Risk Management team. The role collaborates with senior management and risk PICs across Sea’s diverse business lines to manage ERM processes and strengthen risk governance.

You will execute the ERM framework, refine risk assessment tools, and lead enterprise-wide risk identification with BU owners. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and clear, data-driven recommendations for

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERM, risk advisory, consulting, internal audit, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognised institution.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to connect business developments to enterprise risks.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to identify, assess and challenge risks.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels with senior leadership and risk PICs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence and challenge across senior management and BU teams.
• Strong project management and execution skills to drive risk assessment and reporting processes.
• Curious, adaptable and quick to get up to speed on unfamiliar businesses in a dynamic environment.
• Prior consulting experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the ERM framework across Sea's group and ensure consistent application of risk taxonomy.
• Review risk submissions and refine the unified risk assessment framework and risk register.
• Identify and assess enterprise-wide risks with BU owners and corporate teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee cross-BU, macro-level risks outside individual BU scope; monitor long-horizon risks.
• Establish reporting channels with senior management and major risks for timely updates.
• Track mitigation progress with BU/function risk PICs and ensure improvements.
• Establish independent risk audits to flag gaps and assure effectiveness.
• Develop enterprise risk products to support risk reporting and analysis.
