The candidate will develop risk analytics capabilities, dashboards, and memos, with experience across multiple asset classes, governance committees, and stakeholders. Leadership and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience (typically 10+ years) in buy-side, sell-side, or asset-management risk roles.
• Experience in one or more: portfolio management, trading, treasury, or risk governance.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis and model development.

Responsibilities

• Build out the in-business risk coverage framework across PESG pillars: Execution, Treasury/Leverage, Portfolio Solutions.
• Partner with strategy teams to deliver independent risk analytics for day-to-day decisions.
• Design and operate risk frameworks including monitoring, stress testing and limits.
• Provide regular risk updates and escalate to PESG leadership and RPMD, developing tailored risk memos and dashboards.
