Job summary

The Cigna Group in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk Manager to support the CRO in developing, implementing, and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management framework for CEIC Singapore. You will partner with business leaders and risk functions across markets to strengthen risk culture, governance, and proactive risk reporting, including operational risk oversight.

Qualifications

• At least 7 or more years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or related fields; insurance/financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to learn quickly and effectively use new technology and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional certifications (CRMP, FRM, CERA, CIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ERM framework development and maintenance under the CRO.
• Coordinate risk identification, assessment, and reporting across markets.
• Prepare dashboards and governance materials for risk forums.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and TPM on risk governance.
