Job summary

The CEIC Singapore Branch seeks a risk professional to partner with the Chief Risk Officer in developing and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management framework. You will collaborate with business leaders, control functions, and regional risk teams to strengthen risk culture and governance, enabling proactive risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in risk management, audit, or compliance (insurance/financial services preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to learn quickly and effectively use new technology and tools

Responsibilities

• Support the CRO in developing, implementing, and maintaining the ERM framework
• Calibrate risk appetite and drive risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
• Coordinate operational risk reporting and maintain risk registers on OnSpring
• Provide independent second-line challenge of remediation plans
• Collaborate with TPM, BCP, Compliance, Internal Audit and other control functions across regions
