Job summary

GIC Private Limited in Singapore seeks a VP/SVP, Risk Manager for the Portfolio Execution & Solutions Group. You will lead in-business risk oversight across trading, treasury, and portfolio solutions, delivering independent risk analysis to PESG leadership and contributing to risk governance.

You will build risk coverage frameworks, form committees, partner with strategy teams, and develop dashboards and AI-assisted analytics to support real-time decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in buy-side/sell-side risk roles.
• Strong hands-on risk analytics and governance.
• Experience with cross-asset risk (equities, fixed income, FX).
• Proficient in Python/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Shape and build in-business risk coverage framework across PESG's pillars: Execution, Treasury, Securities Financing and Portfolio Solutions.
• Develop risk governance structures and proposed committees for key risk areas.
• Provide independent risk analysis and advice to PESG leadership; engage with RPMD and other stakeholders.
• Design operational risk monitoring for trade execution and settlement processes; identify control gaps.
• Develop liquidity stress testing and leverage/exposure monitoring frameworks.
• Provide regular risk updates and collaborate on AI-assisted risk analytics and dashboards.
