Job summary

ICHX Tech is seeking a seasoned risk leader to own the group enterprise risk management framework and appetite across Singapore and the region. You will provide independent risk opinions on new products and outsourcing, and report top risks to Senior Management and MAS where required, while guiding the ERM team.

The role requires 8-10 years in financial services risk, experience with MAS guidelines on outsourcing and technology risk management, and a track record of influencing senior

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in risk in financial services (Fintech a plus).
• Hands-on experience applying MAS outsourcing guidelines including intragroup arrangements.
• Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines.
• Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders and respond to MAS inspections.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement and risk function growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the group enterprise risk management framework and risk appetite across entities.
• Provide independent opinions on new products, deals and outsourcing arrangements.
• Report top risks and incidents to Senior Management and the Board.
• Oversee risk policy suite, RCSA, BCM, outsourcing framework and related monitoring.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on regulatory notifications and remediation.
• Lead the Enterprise Risk team and foster a robust risk culture across the group.
