Job summary

GIC is seeking an Assistant Vice President/ Vice President in Risk & Performance Management to lead data analytics for enterprise risk monitoring. You will design and embed the ERM framework, build risk artefacts, and drive first-cycle assessments across investment, operations, technology, cyber, vendor risk, and governance.

The role requires 8–12 years in enterprise risk management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders in a global sovereign wealth

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in enterprise risk management within financial services or related sectors.
• Experience building an ERM program and driving risk transformation.
• Operational risk experience in financial services is essential.
• Strong analytical capabilities with risk tooling knowledge.
• Demonstrated change management, stakeholder influence, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and embed the ERM framework, including risk taxonomy, appetite, governance, and escalation.
• Translate framework into policies, standards, procedures, templates, and methods.
• Build and manage the enterprise risk register and first-cycle risk assessments.
• Develop enterprise‑level risk reporting for the Executive Committee and Board.
• Clarify where ERM adds value and map responsibilities across functions.
