Job summary

Citco is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement to lead data, reporting and platform enablement initiatives within Strategic Operations. You will partner with Operations, IT and client teams to shape scalable data solutions across fund structures and reporting platforms.

This role requires 4+ years in private assets accounting or operations, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience building or maintaining reporting outputs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Experience with reporting or data work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; exposure to workflow or automation tooling advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document data and reporting requirements from Operations teams.
• Build, test and maintain reporting outputs and analysis.
• Investigate data quality issues and trace them to source.
• Build and execute test scripts for platform and reporting changes.
• Support platform implementation tasks across fund structures and new client setups.
• Prepare user guidance and support Operations through go-live.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reporting.
