Job summary

The Citco Group Limited seeks a Senior Vice President, Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement to lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets. You will set requirements with IT and the Transformation Office and deliver alongside them.

You will own the data roadmap, ensure data quality and lineage, drive platform change, and provide evidence to quantify benefits while coordinating with IT, operations and data services.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in private assets or similar financial services environment.
• Delivery of data, reporting or platform programmes with requirements definition and UAT ownership.
• Strong knowledge of private assets accounting, data models, lineage and reporting architecture.
• Credibility with technology partners and ability to challenge designs.
• Strong leadership and supervision of professionals, including rotational staff.
• Experience in business planning, budgeting and stakeholder negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets.
• Set requirements with IT and Transformation Office and deliver collaboratively.
• Oversee platform enablement, testing and adoption with Operations involved.
• Establish reporting standards and reusable data products.
• Provide data and evidence to quantify problems and measure benefits.
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, Transformation Office and Data Services.
• Lead and mentor team members, including rotational colleagues.
• Report progress, risks and benefits realization to senior stakeholders.
