IMBA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Venue Operations Manager to lead the overall operational management and strategic leadership of the venue, ensuring safety, performance and readiness for revenue-generating events and exhibitions.

The role spans daily venue operations, events, facilities management, guest experience, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders to deliver consistent high standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operation of the venue and ensure smooth, professional delivery.
Establish and maintain SOPs, policies and emergency procedures.
Oversee opening, closing, inspections and operational readiness.
Monitor venue performance, KPIs, manpower and service standards.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, licensing and operational requirements.
Plan and execute corporate events, private functions and exhibitions.
Coordinate with event organisers, contractors and internal teams.
Oversee facilities management, M&E, HVAC, electrical, AV and cleaning.
