Job summary

Vistra Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Trust Relationship Management to deliver a full suite of trust administration and corporate services to clients and to manage complex structures with a fiduciary lens. You will serve as a B signatory, oversee onboarding, and drive initiatives while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires at least 8 years’ trust experience, a relevant degree, and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of trust experience or applicable trust administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as STEP, Chartered Secretary or compliance-related qualifications are mandatory.
• Experience in client relationship management in Private Client industry.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to deliver full suite of trust and corporate services.
• Strong knowledge of trust and corporate structures.
• Strong work ethic, professional, approachable, results oriented, decisive.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full suite of trust administration and corporate services to clients.
• Maintain and develop a portfolio of complex structures and ongoing client relationships, identifying new opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Serve as a “B” signatory for the trust company.
• Lead onboarding including review from Source of Wealth and Funds and fiduciary perspective.
• Lead and manage initiatives and projects.
• Conduct regular review and analysis of business performance.
• Comply with internal controls and audit standards.
• Attend Vistra Group Marketing events and other social events as appropriate.
• Manage ad hoc projects.
