Vistra Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Trust Relationship Management to lead complex trust administration and corporate services for a diverse client base. The role emphasizes deep client relationships and proactive business development within a regulated environment.

You will act as a B signatory for the trust company, participate in onboarding (SoWF reviews) from fiduciary perspectives, and drive cross-functional initiatives while ensuring strong governance and performance analysis.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in trust administration or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law or Business Admin.
• STEP or Chartered Secretary, CAMS or ICA are mandatory.
• Experience in Private Client relationship management.
• Solid knowledge of trust and corporate structures.

Aufgaben

• Deliver a full suite of trust administration and corporate services to clients.
• Maintain and develop a portfolio of complex structures and ongoing client relationships.
• Serve as a B signatory for the trust company.
• Involve in onboarding including SoWF reviews from fiduciary perspective.
• Efficiently lead and manage initiatives and projects.
• Conduct regular review and analysis of business performance.
• Comply with internal control and audit standards.
• Attend Vistra Group Marketing events and other social events as appropriate.
• Manage ad hoc projects.
