Job summary

Vistra is hiring for an Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager in Trust Management in Singapore. The role offers full-time permanent employment with hybrid work arrangements.

You will deliver trust services, manage complex structures, and oversee client relationships, acting as a B signatory and contributing to onboarding and fiduciary reviews. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of trust experience, a relevant degree, and professional qualifications (STEP, Chartered Secretary or CAMS/ICA).

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of trust experience or equivalent trust administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Law, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as STEP, Chartered Secretary or compliance-related qualifications are mandatory.
• Experience in client relationship management in Private Client industry.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to deliver trust and corporate services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full suite of trust administration and corporate services to clients.
• Manage a portfolio of complex structures and ongoing client relationships with opportunities for growth.
• Serve as a B signatory for the trust company.
• Participate in new business onboarding including review from SoWF and fiduciary perspective.
• Lead and manage initiatives and projects; review business performance.
