Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Trust Manager - Trust Administration & Resident Manager in Singapore to oversee private trusts, fiduciary arrangements and related corporate structures for high-net-worth and international clients.

The role requires strong expertise in trust administration, regulatory compliance and client relationship management, with duties spanning governance, KYC/CDD/EDD, and MAS liaison.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in trust administration and fiduciary governance.
• Strong understanding of Singapore trust law and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with KYC/CDD/AML processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of private, family and discretionary trusts and related corporate structures.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of trust administration: establishment, administration, restructuring and termination.
• Review trust deeds, trustee resolutions and related documentation for proper administration.
• Supervise distributions, beneficiary payments and asset transfers within trust terms.
• Monitor trust assets, liabilities, cash balances and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate regulatory and fiduciary records and audit trails.
• Serve as the Resident Manager and MAS regulatory liaison, coordinating responses to inquiries.
