Job summary

Trident Trust, a global provider of corporate, trust and fund services, seeks a seasoned professional to manage client relationships and coordinate service delivery across offices. You will oversee trust administration tasks, ensure compliance, and engage with professionals such as bankers and lawyers as required.

The role requires 5–7 years in trust administration, strong communication, and robust knowledge of AML/KYC and trust accounting. Office-based in Singapore with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in trust administration or related professional services.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of trust administration, structures and wealth planning.
• Good understanding of AML/KYC, due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of trust accounting, invoicing and debtor monitoring.
• High integrity, confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Proactively establish and maintain close relationships with clients via email, phone and messaging.
• Attend client requests such as distributions, changes to beneficiaries, and deed amendments.
• Liaise with bankers, investment managers, lawyers and tax agents as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments across global offices to deliver services.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor file notes in Viewpoint and yearly trust reviews.
• Assist with CPD requirements and training as needed.
• Support fee management and regulatory compliance for client entities.
