Job summary

Ascentium Fiduciary is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to join its international team. You will manage a portfolio of complex trusts and private trust companies, overseeing day-to-day administration, accounting records, and trustee decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications (STEP/ICSA), at least five years in trust and company incorporation, and strong drafting abilities for minutes and resolutions. You will work under pressure with AML/compliance duties.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in trust and company administration.
• Experience drafting minutes and resolutions for corporate governance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage own portfolio of complex trusts and private trust companies.
• Handle day-to-day administration, accounting records, and minutes/resolutions.
• Liaise with clients and intermediaries as required.
• Assist in client billing and debt collection.
• Conduct annual/interim reviews and monitor transactions.
• Ensure statutory filings and AML compliance are maintained.
