You will be the primary contact for international clients, assist in establishing new structures, ensure MAS regulatory compliance, and support periodic reviews, terminations, and timely invoicing and records management. Qualifications

• Experience in trusts and corporate administration.
• Knowledge of MAS regulations is required.
• Experience with onboarding international clients.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope of client trust and corporate administration services.
• Act as primary contact for international clients for establishment of new structures.
• Ensure ongoing administration including MAS regulatory compliance.
• Assist Director with periodic client reviews based on risk rating and policy.
• Handle terminations, liquidations and winding-up of structures.
• Manage timely invoicing and debtor collection with accounting team.
• Maintain trust and corporate records and IBIS data updates.
• Supervise Officer and Junior Trust/Corporate staff; support ad-hoc projects.
